What obligations are involved when posting a project?

Posting a project is free. There are no further obligations on your part. If the bids received will not convince you or you decide that you won't assign a posted project for any other reason, you may cancel it without any cost or fee (MondayWorks is free of cost for buyers in general) at any time.

In case you already have received bids on your project, we would appreciate if you informed the providers briefly about it.

What kind of projects and tasks can I post on MondayWorks?

Our providers offer their services in web design, internet marketing, IT, Programming, Creative Design, as writers, translators, administration, sales support, marketing, business consulting and a lot more. Small tasks (e.g. creating a logo) are carried out as reliably as more complex projects (e.g. implementation of a content management system).

If you wish, you may describe your project by phone and we will process the project description for you. Then, you just have to screen the incoming bids, and if a bid appeals to you, you may assign the project to the corresponding provider. This service is for free, too and there is no obligation to assign a project.

How to contact a provider in case I have a question regarding a bid?

You received a bid and would like to ask the provider some questions about it? Please use the private messages function. If you select the relevant bid in "My MondayWorks > manage projects > bids", you can send a personal message to the provider with the "send message" button.

How can I invite providers to make a bid?

You posted a project. In order to increase the number of qualified bids considerably, we suggest to invite providers of your choice actively to make a bid. You can do this directly after posting the project or at any time later on. It's easy to find providers.

By indicating appropriate criteria you may limit the number of providers. Select the providers you would like to invite and confirm your choice by pushing the "invite" button.

Invitation of providers does not imply any obligation to assign a project to them.

Do you need any support inviting providers to bid? Please do not hesitate to contact us on +49-40-4135503-12 We'll call you back!

Do I have to assign the project to providers who made a bid?

Posting a project is free of any obligations. If the bids you received won't convince you or you decide for any other reason that you won't assign the posted project, you can cancel it any time free of charge (for buyers MondayWorks is free of costs in general).

In case you already received bids for your project, we would appreciate if you informed the provider briefly about it.

How can I assess the quality of a service provider?

All service providers listed on MondayWorks have completed their personal profiles. These profiles include detailed information about the service povider's qualifications, skills, experience, rates, terms, industry knowledge, previous employers and a lot more.

Also, providers have been rated by others - similar to the rating system that is used on ebay®. Some providers even display a "reference rating" in their profiles. This is a rating providers have achieved on similar platforms like MondayWorks in other countries.

All provider profiles are manually checked and verified. They are visible to service buyers only after they were approved by MondayWorks. Without being approved, providers cannot make any bids.

How is my confidential information protected?

None of your personal, company or contact information will be visible to any other user at any time unless you decide to provide it.

Projects can be posted public or non-public. In the first case every user can read the project specification; in the second case only providers who are personally invited by the buyer get access. In both cases buyer name and company are not transparent. If required providers can be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving any information about a project.
