Matthias HanitschMatthias Hanitsch, Managing Partner, is the Chief Provider Officer (CPO). He cultivates and continuously extends our provider network by building relationships with established service provider companies and freelancers from all over the world. As the success of MondayWorks is based on provider quality and satisfaction, that´s what Matthias stands for.
Matthias has a successful track record as a management and IT consultant. Holding an MBA in International Management, he provided advice to companies such as BMW, Siemens, Gillette, Deutsche Telekom, SAP and many others. Prior to MondayWorks Matthias was an Executive Partner and member of the international management of IBM Global Business Services. He led a team of 250 highly qualified consultants and accounted for a multi-million Euro budget. Already since 2002 Matthias cooperates with renowned outsourcing providers. Standing in-between clients and service providers for many years he knows what works in outsourcing projects and what doesn´t.
Aged 41, Matthias lives half-and-half in two of Germany´s most attractive cities: Munich and Hamburg. Having an affection for Asia and South America Matthias doesn´t mind business trips but nevertheless prefers travelling with his wife and young daughter. He is an eager photographer of landscapes and people and loves everything around, under- and above water.

Carsten EickhoffCarsten Eickhoff, Managing Partner, is the Chief Technology Officer at MondayWorks. His responsibilities include operation and ongoing development of the MondayWorks platform as well as the technical support of our estimated service buyers and service providers. His extensive IT experience with some of the world’s most famous companies ensures that MondayWorks always meets the highest claims in terms of usability and technical services.
Being an IT consultant for more than fifteen years, Carsten has worked for clients around the world and across all industries. His former employers include companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers and finally IBM, where Carsten became partner. His knowledge about the management of complex technologies, systems and processes makes him a renowned expert in this field. He has established and managed support operations for a large number of clients and knows how to integrate global resources into an international team first-hand.
Carsten is a German native, born 1964. He earned a mechanical engineering degree at the University of Paderborn and, among other places, has lived in Munich and Salzburg. He has now moved back to Hamburg again, where he had already spent some of his most exciting years. Apart from his work Carsten enjoys sport, cooking and travelling with his girlfriend.

Andreas HanitschAndreas Hanitsch, Partner, is MondayWorks´ CFO. After sixteen years of consulting with large corporates in Europe, the United States and Asia, he is determined that now companies of any size and type take advantage of the global labor market. And this is what MondayWorks is about: Efficient access to the tremendous wealth of resources and intellectual capital, at lowest possible transaction costs.
As a private investor and business angel he has invested in and worked with high-growth businesses and ventures in Europe and China. With an MBA from the University of Cologne, his professional career started with Accenture and included Senior Partner roles in PwC Consulting, as well as in IBM Global Services.
Andreas lives with his family in Hamburg/Germany, the “Gate to the World”, enjoys sports, arts, architecture and travel, as well as meeting entrepreneurs and investors.

Antje LeminskyAntje Leminsky, Partner, has developed the marketing and sales strategy to communicate MondayWorks’ unrivaled value proposition to the European buyer market. She is a passionate facilitator with a proven track record of using creativity and persistence to make complex projects work.
Antje has more than ten years of consulting, management and leadership experience in the media and technology industry. Prior to founding MondayWorks she served as a Consultant with PriceWaterhouse and KPMG in Germany and Canada for about five years serving clients such as Siemens, JVC and Daimler. Later she joined the Bertelsmann subsidiary Gruner+Jahr to enforce their internal corporate development team. Appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) two years later at the age of 31, Antje was instrumental in coordinating the activities of about 25 IT units worldwide to foster cross-country cooperation, consolidation and transparency.
Antje was born in Rostock and earned an MBA at the University of Duisburg-Essen. She is married, mother to her little son and besides family and work she is enthusiastic about travel and photography.
